From my trade compilation 34, here's the late night/early morning news headlines from WNEW, channel 5. I have a bunch of these--some also with Tom Gregory announcing, some with Ed Ladd, and one with Lou Steele (aka Creature Features host "The Creep.") This was from September 28th, 1984. (I've edited this, that's why there's discussion about the date in the comments.) On my DVD, this segment also includes the standard WNEW-AM 1130 "Milkman's Matinee" promo, a "Ma and Pa Kettle" movie promo, a 1983 sermonette with R.
