So I've been working on my jump backs and jump throughs with blocks, which seems to be helping me build strength much easier than going straight to the flow (which is how I started). Eventually I'll be able to move to the floor with no use of blocks what so ever. I'm a little wobbley on my left leg during standing balancing poses because I've dislocated that ankle about a ka-jillion times so I'm working on strengthening that as well. Other than that I'm working on my mula banduh!
