So right now I am struggling with hiking my butt up high enough for the jump backs, and keeping my feet and buns from dragging on the floor during the jump through. I think it was pretty good for my first attempt, but I would really appreciate any feed back or helpful tips so I can progress into a more graceful flow!!! Thanks!
